
I hate hipsters, but unfortunately claim a few of them as my friends.
I like to think of myself as someone who listens to the music and watches the films, but isn't willing to sacrifice showers and soap to be counterculturalist. I'm just so square I guess.
Isn't it funny when being alternative is mainstream? Pretending not to care what people think inherently means you really do care, doesn't it? Oh, the youth these days...what I wouldn't give for some hippie circle dancing on the Green or something right about now. Instead, look at what NYU and Williamsburg have given us:
