Some Say To Survive It, You Need To Be As Mad As A Hatter
Is anyone else fascinated yet absolutely terrified to watch this movie? It's in 3-D, too, of which director Tim Burton says, "It puts you in the world a little bit more." I'm sure makes it all the more terrifically horrific. Or do I mean horrifically terrific? Likely a bit of both.

Interesting that it seems to be more from the perspective of the Mad Hatter in the trailer. I guess it makes sense, since Depp is Burton's muse in practically all of his films. 3D will be cool, too, I guess. My problem will be that two of my favorite childhood books are Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, but Disney's literary accuracy was thrown out the window a long time ago, especially in their first hand-drawn version. I'm planning on seeing it but without any expectations of it being anything like Alice in Wonderland. I just hope he keeps the poem "Jabberwocky" in it--it's one of my favorites!
